Join us for the 100-Day Challenge for Community, Connection, and Compassion

Dear University of New Haven Community,

As we embark on a new semester this spring, we invite you to join us in a meaningful journey of unity, reflection, and support through our 100-Day Challenge for Community, Connection, and Compassion.

This initiative, beginning on the first day of classes through April, is designed to bring us together as Chargers in small but impactful ways. Each day, there will be a simple challenge of your choice—like expressing gratitude, offering a kind word, or reflecting on what matters most to you. These daily acts will help us foster a stronger, compassionate community, grounded in mutual care and respect.

Why join?

  • Stay connected: Engage with peers, staff, and faculty in new and uplifting ways.
  • Strengthen bonds: Create moments of positivity and support in your daily routine.
  • Make a difference: Small actions can have a big impact when we come together as a community.

Get started today by encouraging and lifting someone up today.

This challenge is rooted in our shared values of belonging and support, hallmarks of the Charger spirit. It’s a chance to take a breath, lift each other up, and focus on what unites us, even in uncertain times.

Whether you participate solo, with friends, or as part of a class or club, your involvement will make a difference. Stay committed and keep track of your daily progress so that we can share with the community our collective success.

Together, let’s set the tone for an incredible semester by embracing this challenge as a community.

We can’t wait to see how far our collective compassion can take us.
