Changes to Healthcare or Dependent Care FSAs are allowed during open enrollment or mid-year with a qualifying event.

Changes to 403(b) deferrals can be made at any time directly through Fidelity at netbenefits.com or by calling 1-800-FIDELITY.

Changes to Health Savings Accounts can be made at any time through Benefitfocus.

1095-C Now Available ONline in BenefitFocus

Under the Affordable Care Act, the University is required to provide a Form 1095-C to medical eligible employees annually. This form provides information on the University’s offer of medical coverage, member acceptance or declination, premiums for the lowest-cost plan available for the plan year, and any participants covered under the medical plan at any time during the calendar year.

Your 2024 Form 1095-C is published in the Benefit Reports section within Benefitfocus and now available for electronic download. The Benefitfocus portal can be accessed through the link at the top of this page.  Hard copy forms will be mailed directly by Benefitfocus to the permanent address on record by the mailing deadline date of March 3, 2025.

Important Prescription Drug Coverage Update

Effective January 1, 2025, certain GLP1 prescription drugs will no longer be covered for weight loss. If you are currently on one of these medications, you will receive a letter from Express Scripts regarding this change. Contact the number on your member ID card with any questions.
