Our first ever HackNewHaven event is a little more than a month away. From March 22 to 23, the University is hosting the region’s premier hackathon.
A hackathon is an event in which people engage in rapid and collaborative engineering over a relatively short period of time. The goal of a hackathon is to create functioning software prototypes by the end of the event.
Endorsed by Major League Hacking, Hack New Haven will be 24 hours of innovation and collaboration as attendees explore the theme of reaching for new heights in technology and beyond. College students and recent grads (within the last 6 months) are invited to participate.
Industry professionals and sponsors will be on hand to serve as judges, and prizes will be awarded to the top teams.
